Throughout her time as a management consultant, Avarie has made a significant impact in organizational efficiency in the political and public affairs fields at APS and Associates, and within the dynamic landscape of Chicago. Prior to her current role, Avarie gained experience in the political communications and operations sectors while she worked as an executive assistant on Governor JB Pritzker's 2022 gubernatorial re-election campaign. Avarie earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science at DePaul University, where she also played Division 1 volleyball.
